Order Processing
Hoodiesaurus products are made to order. Because each item is produced after your order is placed, please allow 7–12 business days for processing and production before your order ships.
Once your order has shipped, you’ll receive a tracking number by email. Tracking information may take 24–48 hours to update after the carrier receives the package.
Shipping
We currently offer Free Standard Shipping on orders shipped within the United States.
Delivery time begins after your order has been produced and handed off to the shipping carrier. Actual delivery times may vary based on your location, carrier delays, weather, holidays, or other factors outside of our control.
Shipping Address Changes
Please review your shipping address carefully before placing your order.
If you need to update your shipping address, contact us as soon as possible at help@hoodiesaurus.com. We’ll do our best to help, but once an order has been processed or shipped, we may not be able to make changes.
Returns & Exchanges
Because our products are made to order, we do not accept returns or exchanges for buyer’s remorse, incorrect size selection, or change of mind.
Please review the product description and size guide before ordering. If you are unsure about sizing, we recommend comparing the measurements to a hoodie or sweatshirt you already own and like.
Damaged, Defective, or Incorrect Items
If your order arrives damaged, defective, misprinted, or incorrect, contact us at help@hoodiesaurus.com within 14 days of delivery.

If the issue is confirmed, we’ll work with you on a replacement or other resolution.
Lost or Delayed Packages
If your tracking information shows that your package is delayed, please allow a few extra business days for the carrier to update the delivery status.
If your package appears lost or has not arrived after a reasonable amount of time, contact us at help@hoodiesaurus.com with your order number and tracking information.
Incorrect or Incomplete Addresses
Hoodiesaurus is not responsible for orders shipped to an incorrect or incomplete address provided at checkout.
If a package is returned because of an address issue, we’ll contact you about next steps. Additional shipping charges may apply to resend the order.
